Emily Carr, MMS, PA-C, earned her Master’s in Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University and began her career in neurosurgery before transitioning into aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery. Her diverse clinical background laid the foundation for her expertise in advanced cosmetic treatments.
She is certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the Esthetic Skin Institute of Florida, and maintains her NCCPA certification and Florida PA license. Emily is known for delivering natural, confidence-boosting results that prioritize each patient’s well-being.

Dr. Valentina Shtefan is a Doctor of Medical Science and seasoned aesthetic physician associate. After beginning her education at PenzaState University Medical Instituteand gaining clinical experience at Fletcher Allen Hospital, she earned her PA degree from Le Moyne College and her Doctorate from the University of Lynchburg.
In 2016, she founded Hello Gorgeous (now Well Labs+ Coconut Creek), which grew into a full-service medspa by 2019. A published researcher and industry speaker, Dr. Shtefan is widely respected for her expertise in botulinum toxin treatments and her leadership in both aesthetic medicine and medspa business development.
